Nice room. Good breakfast. Location was perfect next to Amtrak where we went the next day. Great price too!

The view of the city from the hotel window was nice. And the location of the hotel was close to the concert venues I attended. The hotel is also in walking distance to Grand Central Market and Museums.

I want to give special recognition to Kiara at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, accessible, and stress-free. From the moment I checked in, she was attentive to the details of my reservation, ensuring I received the accessible room I requested and patiently explaining the perks of my stay. On my first night, I discovered the mini fridge in my room wasn’t working. Even though it was late, Kiara quickly arranged for it to be replaced right away. On my last day, I had an early flight out of LAX and needed help with my bags. Kiara was the only person at the desk, yet she not only found someone to assist me but ultimately came to my room herself to help bring my bags downstairs and assist me to my Uber. What impressed me most was how she did all of this while still perfectly assisting other guests—always with a smile, care, and genuine compassion. She truly made my stay pleasant and memorable. Hilton is fortunate to have such a dedicated and thoughtful team member.

I enjoyed that it is located in downtown Los Angeles

We liked that it had a refrigerator and coffee maker and that it was walking distance to little Tokyo, Union Station, Angels Flight, etc. We were also very grateful that we were able to do early check-in at 1pm. The Japanese Garden is also nice. We also used the parking, even though it was $51/night we were grateful that the car was safe there.
